A Chester County tradition over Labor Day weekend. The Country Fair Midway features shopping, entertainment, inflatables, rides, and games for the whole family. You can grab a bite to eat, sit in our beer garden, and watch the competition.

Barnes Free First Sunday Family Day



The Museum will be open from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with free admission to the galleries, including the featured exhibitions, Joseph Stella: Visionary Nature & Abstract Flash: Unseen Andrew Wyeth.

It’s the first Sunday of the month, which means free admission at the Barnes!
This September, we're celebrating our city’s rich jazz history with youth performances organized by the Philadelphia Clef Club of Jazz & Performing Arts. Visitors can enjoy the sounds of these emerging jazz masters while finding stories of music and melodies in our galleries and through fun family activities. See the Barnes collection and our special exhibition, William Edmondson: A Monumental Vision.
Registration opens Thursday, August 31, at 10am.

Imagination Street a new play space that kids and parents can enjoy together. For parents, there’s a cafe-style lounge to gather, drink coffee, or get some work done. Because the space is an open concept, parents are in close proximity of their children the entire time. They offer open play sessions, private parties, events, and more.
