Come join a Park Ranger Rhine at Hibernia County Park for an "after hours" full moon hike. This is known as the snow moon, and hopefully there will be a trace of snow to guide us along the moonlit path. Be prepared to see and hear wildlife that visit the park after dark. All ages welcome, but be prepared to hike up to 2 miles and wear warm clothes and comfortable hiking boots. Bring a flashlight for safety.

Our annual celebration that focuses on the joys of reading returns Sunday, February 28, from 11 am to 2 pm. Read Across America is a nationally-celebrated event that aims to motivate reading among children of all ages. In addition to a selection of books available for purchase in our Book Fair, this year’s event festivities include an animal greet, a keeper chat, and meeting local authors! Enjoy a live chat with Jeanne Helmar and a recorded interview with Jerry Spinelli!
