A world of underwater enchantment awaits when mermaids return to Adventure Aquarium - but they are only swimming by for a limited time! Make today a magical adventure as you discover shimmering mermaids diving beneath the waves, swimming among 15,000 amazing animals including the largest collection of sharks in the Northeast! Capture magical memories as these enchanting divers glide beneath the waves, splash with stingrays above the surf, and even greet you on land. Experience the enchantment before it disappears. The PHS Philadelphia Flower Show is the nation’s largest and longest-running horticultural event and fundraiser featuring stunning displays by the world’s premier floral, garden, and landscape designers. 
This year’s theme, “United by Flowers," celebrates the unique and colorful community born out of our shared love and appreciation of gardening and the connections and impact it creates on our everyday lives.



It’s the first Sunday of the month, which means free admission at the Barnes!

Disney’s Finding Nemo is a musical adaptation of the beloved 2003 Pixar movie Finding Nemo. Marlin, an anxious and over-protective clownfish, lives in the Great Barrier Reef with his kid Nemo, who longs to explore the world beyond their anemone home. But when Nemo is captured and taken to Sydney, Marlin faces his fears and sets off on an epic adventure across the ocean. With the help of lovable characters such as optimistic Dory, laid-back sea turtle Crush, and the supportive Tank Gang, Marlin and Nemo both overcome challenges on their journey to find each other and themselves. Great for the whole family! 



Thomas Dambo’s TROLLS: Save the Humans, with Imagine Exhibitions, is opening at Philadelphia Zoo in February 2024! These six enormous Trolls are on a mission to inspire humans to take better care of Nature. Each has a unique story and is created using repurposed wood by the world's leading recycling artist. The Trolls believe rethinking how we live our daily lives will help save the planet for all animals, including humans, and they want to share their ideas with you.



Starting the year off is our captivating Winter Wonder, bursting with warmth, wonder, and wow moments at every turn. Ever-changing and always stunning, our Gardens from January through March are all about bold blooms, textural touches, and grand displays under glass. Plus, enjoy free programs like our Science Series and special Floral Features.




Imagination Street a new play space that kids and parents can enjoy together. For kids (ages 0–9), it is a meaningful, hands-on play experience in nine, interactive, themed playhouses that form a “city” to explore. For parents, there’s a cafe-style lounge to gather, drink coffee, or get some work done. Because the space is an open concept, parents are in close proximity of their children the entire time. They offer open play sessions, private parties, events, and more.

Guests to the Philadelphia Museum of Art can pay what they wish for admission every Friday evening and the first Sunday of the month. Reservations are required.
