Baking & Mill Demonstration Day at The Mill at Anselma

300 Years of Baking & Mill Demonstration Day
10am -4pm


On Saturday, November 9th 2013 The Mill At Anselma will host an 18th and 19th Century workshop & demonstration on 300 years of Baking. The mill will also be in full operation that day for visitors to view. See how wheat is ground into flour and then how that flour was used during the 18th and 19th Centuries to bake pies, cookies and other foods over an open fire. Read below about our two main presenters and what they will be doing! We hope to see you there. Demonstrations start at 10:00 AM and run until 4:00 PM that afternoon.
