Stroller Strides

Looking to beat the heat with your baby this summer? Join us at Exton Square Mall for Stroller Strides! Your first class is FREE! Our 60 minute classes offer a total body workout for mom and lots of fun for baby. It's a great way to get in shape, have some fun, and meet other moms, all while bonding with your little one. All stroller-aged children (ages 6 weeks and up) and their caretakers are welcome to join in the fun. When it's too hot or rainy to be outside in July & August, we meet at the Boscov's Court, Lower Level.
